Our capable team has spent many long hours redesigning and creating content to make our site easier for you to navigate to quickly find the information you want. You can search by your kind of organization or occupation or by the type of service that interests you. Case studies are provided to illustrate ways that we can assist you or perhaps give you new insights about growing your organization or sector.
Our online courses are at the heart of what we do – providing affordable, practical information available on demand so that you or your team can access the information at your convenience. Upgrades to the system provide a seamless transaction from course selection to payment to learning within minutes.
We’ve added a new two day on-site training course called “Success Essentials” designed specifically for facilitators and patient care coordinators who are looking to improve their knowledge about the sector. It fills a gap in the sector by focusing on key skill sets that everyone needs if coordinating logistics and treatment for patients and their accompanying guests. Other training programs are being developed all the time to keep pace with trends and changing needs of our clients.
New team members bring their knowledge and expertise to improve our services. Maria Maldonado, President of Trip4Care, will deliver training programs in Portuguese as well as English and Spanish. Stephen Calhoun is our “behind the scene” course developer who helps to produce our online courses. He can do the same for your organization. You will enjoy working with them along with our tried and true team members.
Our assessment tools – Redi4Patients™ and Redi4HealthTravelers™ – provide comprehensive evaluations of the patient and traveler experience. Want to know how well your organization is doing in delivering an excellent experience to your clients? These tools offer insights needed to improve your services.
Please spend a few minutes visiting the site to explore our products and services. Your comments and feedback are welcome. Feel free to email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and connect with us at Facebook and Twitter.
Thank you and we look forward to improving our services so that you can improve yours!
