The Essentials of Medical Tourism online training series is comprised of five courses:

• Introduction to Medical Tourism
• Basic Medical Terminology
• Telephone Skills for the Medical Tourism Professional
• Netiquette
• Working with the Upset Customer

Each course may be purchased for the low introductory rate of $79.00US. If purchased separately, the five courses cost $395.00. If you purchase two or more courses simultaneously, you can take advantage of substantial discounts.

• Any three courses for $199.00 – a savings of $38.00
• Any four courses for $259.00 – a savings of $57.00

Here’s how registration works.

At the bottom of the “Registration” page, you will see a registration key. Copy the registration key and then click on the “Registration Online” icon. You will be redirected to a page on the O3 learning site and asked to provide the registration key. Enter the key in the space provided and click the “Validate” icon.

Next, a registration screen appears. Create a login name and password for yourself – make sure to write them down as you will use this information each time you log in to the site. Once you have completed all of the information, you will be connected to the Medical Tourism Training page containing our course offerings. Click on “Course Catalog” to see a listing of the available courses.

Click on “Course Category” for a drop down menu of the courses which are listed individually or in combinations of 2, 3, 4 or 5 courses. When you have selected the course or courses you want to purchase, click on “Add Course to Shopping Cart”. You then have the option to “Check Out” or “Continue Shopping”.

At the “Check Out” page, you are requested to provide your billing information including credit card information. When your order has been processed, you can then connect to the course or courses to begin your study.

Please note that from the first day you log into a course and begin the session, you will have thirty days to complete that course before your access to the information expires. If you sign up for more than one course, the thirty day period begins when you start each course so it may be best to complete one course before starting the next. You have ninety days from the date of payment to begin the first course.
